Ценная бумага, состоящая из пула ипотечных ссуд на жилищное строительство с ежемесячным распределением всех выплат по процентам и основного долга инвестору. Существуют выпуски таких ценных бумаг, не финансируемых государством, а также государственные выпуски: ценные бумаги Федеральной корпорации жилищного ипотечного кредита ("Фредди Мак") и Государственной национальной ипотечной ассоциации ("Джинни Мэй").
